"Half Portrait" - Not Available

These are figure paintings from my class. I liked how these turned out. I really got awful pictures of them though, so that's depressing. The African girl was from Kenya, her name was Jamilla. She was so sweet, she really wanted a painting of herself, so I told her I'd give her one. Little did I know that it would turn out really well and I would be sad to not have a better photo of it.

The painting directly below is very loosely done, I really enjoyed the colors in this one, it's not my favorite picture but my teacher liked it so I put it up anyway.
